The rights to repair, manufacture and modify Radiance camera products has been sold to L-3 Wescam. The technology, inventory and test equipment is tranferring to the L-3 Wescam facility in Healdsburg, California. L-3 Wescam plans to start repair activities on January 1, 2005. We have been advised that it is the intention of L-3 Wescam to contact Radiance product owners in January 2005 to provide repair information, to establish appropriate terms and conditions and to provide Repair and Maintenance Agreements as applicable.
