CEDIP Infrared Systems, specialists in thermal IR camera systems, have announced a new version of their ALTAIR thermography software.

The new version of ALTAIR software (version 5.50) offers the capability to develop and implement plug-in modules, by customers or third party software developers. The construction of plug-in modules is straight forward particularly for those who are familiar with development code in the Windows XP/2K environment. Once a plug-in is developed and implemented, it appears as a sub-menu from the main toolbar. As part of the new release CEDIP has included plug-in modules for image processing / manipulation and for radiometric modeling increasing the capabilities of the already powerful suite of software.
