The National Fire Protection Association has announced
that the 2009 Edition of NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical
Safety in the Workplace is now available. Copies of
NFPA 70E may be purchased by telephone or online.
Since
1979, the National Fire Protection Association has
published NFPA 70E. Since its initial publication,
this safety standard has been updated periodically
and expanded. NFPA 70E is applicable to any workplace
and is intended for use by employers, employees, and
OSHA, among others.
Last updated in 2004, the
current edition of NFPA 70E has been expanded and
contains several changes and additions. Chief among
